Fall Harvest
We carry a full line of fall decor. We raise 15 acres of various varieties of pumpkins and gourds. We also carry beautiful fall mums, hay, and cornstalks.
How to pick the perfect pumpkin:
* The shape, color and size should be visually appealing to you.
* Make sure it's free from cuts, soft spots, bruises. The flesh should feel hard, and not give easily. Soft spots will cause a pumpkin to rot quickly.
* Make sure the stem is attached.
After you carve your pumpkin, save and roast the seeds.
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe:
1 1/2 T. butter
1 1/2 t. salt
2 c. pumpkin seeds
Cookie Sheet
Mix all ingredients with pumpkin seeds to coat. Bake at 250* for 2 hours or until crisp, stirring occasionally.
